These Terms govern your use of Project Transcend training services, member portal, website, booking tools, and purchases. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies presented when you book, purchase, or access the facility.

Training services and bookings

Bookings, session packages, memberships, facility access, and cancellation requirements are subject to the terms shown at purchase or in your member account. You are responsible for keeping your account and booking information accurate.

Health and safety

Exercise carries inherent risks. Participate only within your own limits and follow coach and facility safety instructions. You should consult an appropriate health professional before beginning or changing an exercise program. Required waivers and facility rules apply before participation.

Payments

Prices, packages, taxes, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund terms are provided during checkout or in the applicable agreement. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Project Transcend does not store full card numbers.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, member portal, or facility; interfere with service security; attempt to access another person’s account; or use Project Transcend materials or branding without permission.

SMS and email communications

Operational communications may include booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, waitlist notices, and account or payment notices. Optional SMS consent is separate from these Terms and is not required to purchase or use services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
